As a Marketing Coordinator at RSM, you will work directly with our regional WA offices and implement regional specific marketing projects and execute strategies to help drive firm growth. With a regional focus, this role will require you to travel throughout regional WA on a periodic basis to effectively partner with key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
Work with the marketing team to review and update marketing and promotional materials for campaigns, including advertisements, brochures, website content, and capability statements; Liaise with partners and senior stakeholders to progress planned initiatives activities; Coordinate regional roadshows and provide advice and guidance to the WA regional offices on other events; Coordinate digital marketing campaigns through website, social media and marketing automation; Ensure consistency according to international branding standards and localised key messages; Provide insights and articles to the national newsletters and publications by working with the WA regional offices; Implement internal campaigns as agreed with Senior Marketing Manager; Ensure cost benefits are achieved; Manage relationship with external suppliers where required; Undertake WA regional marketing projects and campaigns as required; Support regional offices and drive engagement with CRM implementation process Perform research to recommend participation in associations and networks in accordance with WA regional marketing strategy, and coordinate participation from staff; and Assist Senior Marketing Manager to implement WA regional marketing strategies. Relevant Tertiary qualification – Marketing or Communications Desirable
Advanced PC skills, including experience with marketing automation software & CRM Demonstrated Experience & Attributes
At least 3-5 years relevant work experience Understanding of marketing philosophies and practices. Events and project co-ordination Creative ability in writing sound marketing materials, along with skills to produce creative in-house communications materials Understanding of professional services and a multi stakeholder environment Advanced PC skills including Desktop publishing skills (Adobe InDesign & Photoshop) Previous experience in digital platforms, including marketing automation and CMS What’s on offer
