The Role

Lead the team in the Armadale Boutique where you will share your passion for styling clients as our Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

The successful candidate will be responsible for duties including to:

• Lead, motivate and encourage your team using your expertise in styling and selling to achieve store KPIs including store budgets
• Train and coach new team members to deliver outstanding customer service
• Ensure the smooth running of store operations including rostering, inventory counts, eCommerce fulfilment, and visual standards are maintained
• Collaborate to recruit new team members
• Reporting on your store and rostering for the needs of the business

• Customer centric and love styling clients
• A self-motivated individual who enjoys leading a small team and working by yourself at times
• Open to learning and developing in a growing business
• Pragmatic in approach and are passionate about retail
