The Housekeeping supervisor form an integral part of our hospitality services team. Our dedicated team performs a vital and diverse service that directly impacts all functions within the facility from aesthetic, quality and risk, work health and safety, Food safety, patient safety, wise stewardship of linen and waste management and most importantly infection Control.

The Housekeeping Supervisor will also assist a diverse range of patients including aged, disability and high needs clients  and providing support services such as Domestic Assistance as well as the cleanliness of the operating theatres.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effective and efficient management of the cleaning Services , ensuring a consistently high quality service 
  • Human resource management and rostering
  • Undertake scheduled and random audits/ Inspections as required to ensure compliance with cleaning standards and safe work practices and occupational work, health and safety and records management as per HICMR and NSQHS standards
  • Conducting meetings with staff, executive and stakeholders
  • Maintaining a high standard of customer service and training as required

  • Ability to interpret Material Safety Data Sheets(MSDS), labels and safe work practices

  • Ability to work independently and effectively managing time
