Within this role, you will work with your own client portfolio in a role that is highly customer service orientated and where you will use your amazing communication skills. You will be responsible for gathering business and financial data, analysing information and making credit recommendations to clients!

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Service your own client portfolio
  • Liaise and negotiate with clients in relation to their credit limits
  • Answer client phone calls and respond to emails
  • Keep clients updated in relation to the progress of their application
  • Maintain internal database with up to date information in relation to your clients
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks

  
 
As the ideal candidate, you will possess the following skills/attributes: 

  • Previous Administration or Customer Service in an office environment
  • Accurate typing (40wpm +)
  • Intermediate skills in Word & Excel
  • Can-do attitude
  • Confident communication skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and a team player
  • True desire to build a career within a busy office
  • You must have completed your Senior Certificate as a minimum – degree qualifications highly regarded
  • Professional presentation – enjoy working in a corporate office!
