Legal Secretary – Pool Recruitment Pool Ref LA23087
PSCA 2022, Level 1 or 2, up to $72,386 gross per annum + super + benefits

This pool recruitment process will be used to fill positions in the Criminal, Civil and Family Law divisions that may arise over a period of 12 months from the date of finalisation of the recruitment process.

Vacancies may be permanent, fixed term, full time and part time. Fixed term appointments may be made with the possibility of extension/s (up to two years total appointment) and/or permanency (to occur within two years of appointment).

About the role

In this position the secretary undertakes various secretarial and administrative duties, which can include being the first point of contact with the public who access our services. The role includes but is not limited to; typing, data entry, file management, reception work, dealing with court documents and all aspects of secretarial services.
