The Role

Located at our Derrimut Distribution Centre, we are looking for a dedicated IT Helpdesk Support Analyst to support our IT systems across our national retail store network. 

You will be joining a team of 4 IT Helpdesk team members, reporting to the Helpdesk Lead.  Our work involves working alongside multiple IT departments ranging from Applications Support, Infrastructure and Finance.

Your day-to-day work will be liaising with IT, Support and Retail team to ensure the efficient running of our Retail stores.  This is a full-time role with occasional after hours/weekend support where required.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Be a first point of contact for our stores
  • Hardware and software diagnosis and providing escalation to Level 2 team members when required
  • Supporting of Windows desktop, notebook operating systems, applications, along with Apple MacOS notebook and iPhone
  • Setup and configuration of desktop, notebook, and peripherals
  • Participate in our rotating after hours on-call roster
  • Time management and accountability.

About You

To be considered, you will demonstrate the following experience and attributes:

  • Prior experience in an IT/Helpdesk environment (3 years)
  • Retail POS systems support is essential
  • Windows OS knowledge a must
  • Experience with Apple macOS is desired
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
