The Company
This leading toy and gift wholesaler, place a strong emphasis on providing end to end customer solutions.  They are currently seeking a self-motivated, enthusiastic and motivated individual, with a passion for providing sensational customer service experiences.

The Position
Working in this varied role you will be responsible for providing external and internal customer support for the business. Some of your actual responsibilities will include;

  • Shared responsibility of being first point of call for customer enquiries
  • Order entry and processing sales orders
  • Processing all credits / returns
  • Assisting with product information, pricing, and availability
  • Supporting the Finance department
  • General administrative duties

The Skills and Experience Required

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Intermediate MS Office skills
  • SAP experience a definite advantage
