Internal Sales / Customer Service – Automotive Aftermarket Parts – Qld

Our client is a long established business, providing a range of automotive driveline parts to a network of distributors and are part of an ASX listed company.

They are currently seeking an experienced automotive parts interpreter, or an entry level candidate with a passion for automotive and great communication skills, to join the team at their head office in the Archerfield area.

About you:

• Motivated and engaged
• Solid communication and customer service skills
• Responsible, reliable and dedicated
• Auto electrical background / auto parts knowledge would be highly regarded

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling inbound calls from trade customers
• General parts interpretation – quoting and checking stock availability
• Processing of orders via phone/emails
• Developing great relationships with your customer base
