Sales Assistant/storeroom Person

A day in the life…

• Providing exceptional customer service where you & your customer will have memorable, meaningful interactions
• Be responsible for stock management including stock health, stock ordering, stock replenishment, general stock management along with assisting in managing deliveries & customer orders
• Through the knowledge you gain, you will inspire & educate customers on the best care & products for their pets
• Complete memorable sales transactions, aiming to reach set store sales goals
• Work with your team mates to make sure the store looks its best at all the times, ensuring all the latest stock is on the shelves
• Be proactive in making sure you keep your knowledge up to date on pet care, products, and services we provide
• Contribute to a fun, supportive culture instore where the team loves coming to work every day
• Strong safety mindset with commitment to create a culture of safety within your team

What will you bring? You bring a passion for animals & retail/customer service experience…Being physically fit is important as you will be on your feet a lot & will be lifting some heavy products that can weigh up to 20kg.    

We offer a range of hours, but you will need to be flexible and available to work weekends & public holidays…Most importantly, you’re motivated, positive & have a great ‘can-do’ attitude & someone who loves their job & cares about their customers, team & the success of the store!
