    About You:

    If you have proven management in the delivery of specialisedbusiness and administrative support functions, projects andresearch activities, including contributing to the delivery ofplanning, policy, reporting and quality management processes, andpossess sound experience in supporting or coordinating business orclinical functions within a medicalresearch/pharmaceutical/hospital/paramedical, or other relatedenvironment, including managing associated projects and activitiesthat ensure successful outcomes are achieved, then this role couldbe for you.

    About the Role:

    As the Clinical Trials Manager, you will effectively manage theassigned human, financial and physical assets within the unit,including ensuring that clinical research is cost effective byplanning and identifying resources, and analysing and reporting oninternal and external costs, resource utilisation and performancedata.

    In this role you will implement sound financial management ofClinical Trials Cost Centres to ensure appropriate and accountablefinancial management practices and ensuring collection anddistribution of appropriates fees. Continuous analysation of theclinical trial environment and making recommendations to enhanceproductivity efficiency and quality is a key component of thisrole.

    To be eligible for this position at RN3classification , you must be registered or eligible forregistration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board ofAustralia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a currentpracticing certificate.

    To be eligible for this position at ASO6classification , you must hold an appropriate degree inScience, Health Science, Allied Health, Nursing or other relateddiscipline from an accredited college or university.

    To be eligible for this role at PO3classification , it is desirable that you have completed atertiary qualification that may include a degree in Science, HealthScience, Allied Health, Nursing or other related discipline from anaccredited college or university.

    SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.

    Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory Criminal HistoryCheck.
