The Opportunity:

A fantastic opportunity to add to our already fabulous PA team in the CBD office!

You will provide a high level of secretarial support to two Directors within our Business Services team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extensive Diary Management
  • Organisation of internal and external meetings
  • Onboarding and management of client data into APS
  • Preparation of engagement letters, and general correspondence
  • Daily liaison with clients
  • Preparation of monthly client invoices
  • Management of Director travel
  • Provide support to the wider team when required
  • Continuous development and improvement of team processes

About you:

  • 2+ years PA experience within a professional services environment
  • Proactive attitude
  • A strong team-focused approach
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft suite & Outlook
