KCA Site Services is an integrated Mining, Civil and Construction services company built by miners. We are specialists in labour hire and recruitment services, equipment hire, underground mining services, civil works, and shutdown services.

The role:

This role will see you develop and utilise your knowledge of the WA mining and civil industries to attract quality candidates and support the needs of our clients. You will work closely in a collaborative team with strong support and resources to help you achieve both your personal and company goals. 

This is an exciting opportunity for an underground operator looking to get off the tools and back to the city or an experienced recruiter seeking greener pastures! 

About you:

• Proven experience in mining recruitment or,
• Underground Operators encouraged to apply 
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Positive outlook and ‘can-do’ attitude 
• Able to work within a team and autonomously 
• Willing to learn and develop 
• Adaptable to change
