With dedicated quality management experts, all fundraising calls are monitored to ensure every call is at the highest standard.

The Role

Reporting through to the Head of Campaign Management, you will join a team of Campaign Manager’s. Your role is responsible for creating and managing data led campaigns and ensuring charities receive excellent customer service.

Your day to day duties will include, but will not be limited to:

• Managing the onboarding and delivering of tele-fundraising campaigns;
• Liaising with internal teams within Pareto Phone to make sure they have the information they need to be able to assist you with delivering outstanding campaigns for each of your clients;
• Analysing and tracking the performance of individual campaigns; and
• Liaising with clients via zoom, telephone and face to face to deliver updates on each campaign.

About You

To be considered for this position you will have the following skill set:

• Proven project management and organisational skills;
• Data analysis experience;
• Ability to work on multiple campaigns at the one time; and
• Degree qualification would be highly regarded.
