We are currently looking for a Part-Time Store Manager (32-25 hours per week) to lead the team at our new store in Merimbula – every second weekend off!  The successful applicant will have extensive previous retail experience as they will be accountable for the end to end operations of the store, and assist in the network when required. This is a great opportunity to demonstrate your drive and initiative.  The perfect role for an aspiring Cluster Manager.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Work with the team to drive our sales and meet our goals! 
  • Creating a great dialogue with our customers to understand their needs.
  • Styling customers to ensure they look and feel great
  • Organise activities for support Office in store
  • Create internal and external events activities to drive awareness and sales
  • Mentor and motivate our high-performing team to improve their sales skills and the customer experience
  • Manage inventory and visual merchandising of the store
  • Manage monthly rosters to ensure they are costed within hours budgets.
  • Elevate Merchandising standards to ensure the premium status of the store.

About You:

  • Retail management experience
  • Strong leadership skills to support our exceptional team
  • Customer Service attitude with enthusiasm and initiative!
  • Strong organisational and problem solving skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, POS and EFTPOS facilities. 
  • Availability to work across our key store trading hours, and flexibility to work beyond these.
