About the Role:

Due to internal move, we are currently seeking an experienced Account Manager and become an integral member of the Kimberly-Clark Professional (KCP) sales team, and responsible for maintaining and building market share within a highly competitive portfolio.

Reporting to our Group Account Manager, you will deliver against sales and profit targets by securing and growing accounts through execution of a strategic industry sales plan. Utilising a consultative, high-touch sales approach you will consult with your clients to understand business needs and challenges to identify buying behaviour and value drivers, to sell-in products and solutions.

You will be working with an existing customer base, add sales breadth to your portfolio as well as identify, pipeline and win new clients. Work closely with and in partnership with our distributor management team to develop strong relationships with targeted clients, working in parallel to jointly close sales when relevant.

About you:

You are a seasoned sales professional with account management, sales or business development experience within a B2B sales or corporate sales environment. Your experience selling within in manufacturing, industrial and/ or food production industries will be highly regarded. You utilise a solution focused and relationship driven sales approach and have highly developed communication and negotiation skills.

You bring forward 3-5 years’ experience of sales, B2B and/or distribution experience along with demonstrated experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other similar prospecting applications.

You have demonstrated experience in managing multiple stakeholders cross functionally, and are able to articulate and identify business priorities, drivers, risks and opportunities. You are customer focused; as we put the customer at the heart in everything that we, you will need to have sound customer liaison skills, coupled with influencing and negotiation skills.

You are a team player, and you bring froward your great communication as well as stakeholder management skills and apply your commercial and systematic acumen towards achieving the results. Together with your skills and experience, you hold Tertiary qualifications in Business or similar discipline.
