Senior Advisor (research), Transport And Main Roads

Accountabilities include:
• Assist the Manager (Customer Insights) to develop and manage market research projects to ensure that quality market research outcomes are delivered within specified time frames.
• Investigate issues, analyse data, develop options, provide recommendations and prepare written briefs to ensure the delivery of high quality market research and customer insights projects.
• Implement effective project management practices and processes in order to ensure that market research projects and market research contracts are managed effectively.
• Develop and maintain program and project information systems to report on work completed.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with key team members and business stakeholders to ensure that market research projects are delivered to business requirements.
• Work with internal customers to proactively identify and manage project issues and risks.
• Other accountabilities and tasks as reasonably directed.

This position reports to the Manager (Customer Insights)
