We are seeking keen and driven Operators who will join our supportive team in Maroochydore. Our team has high regard for safety and is process driven with a ‘Mates looking after Mates’ attitude. The job presents a variety of tasks – work at our steel processing, pre-fabrication and distribution department – no day will be the same! Work at either Day or Afternoon shift with the potential to do overtime.

We will train you to master your key duties:

• Operating bending and cutting machinery for bar, steel and mesh production

• Operating Forklifts and Gantry Cranes for unloading and loading tasks

• Championing safety procedures to the highest standard

• Involvement in process improvement

About your experience

You will be someone with a strong can-do attitude and values teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement and with a strong desire to succeed. You will be eager to learn and to train in order to achieve team targets.

In addition, the team is looking for someone who has the following:

• A continuous learning and can-do mindset – driven and eager to be a master operator
