  • $115 salary package

We are looking for an experienced and confident Executive Assistant who enjoys and challenge and is dedicated to finding new ways to add value. Highly approachable, with a ‘no job too small’ attitude you will need to be team orientated and have exceptional business acumen, energy and a proactive nature.

What will your day look like? 

  • You will support two VERY busy Executives
  • Complex diary and email management
  • Arranging travel, whether it be local, domestic or international
  • Planning and executing events
  • Scheduling meetings, taking minutes, maintaining databases and producing reports or presentations
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders building exceptional relationships and dealing with enquiries
