About the Company

ASX listed business based in North Ryde is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to join their office based in North Ryde on a full-time permanent basis, commencing immediately.

About the Position

Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager and working within a team you will be responsible for the following;

Support the talent acquisition team & hiring managers with the end-to-end management of volume recruitment requirements;

Provide front line support for TA enquiries, recruitment administration & reporting;

Manage own portfolio of recruitment with a mixture of blue- & white-collar roles;

Manage stakeholder relationships and draft position descriptions; and

Implement talent attraction strategies including; Seek, LinkedIn, etc.

About the Candidate

Extensive recruitment experience – internal OR agency;

Experience recruiting across a variety of disciplines;

Exceptional communication & stakeholder management skills; and

Ability to manage a high volume of work and deliver results within tight deadlines.
