About the Role

The role is working as part of the Talent Acquisition team supporting on recruitment of all practice areas and business operations.

Duties include:

  • Coordinator of graduate recruitment – screen CV’s, arrange interviews, organise events and more;
  • General recruitment support – Post job Ads, reference checks, coordinate interviews, onboarding administration; and
  • Supporting the wider team on various recruitment projects.
  • About You

    To be considered for this role, you will demonstrate the following:

  • Previous experience in a similar role (agency or internal) working within professional services;
  • Recruitment experience not essential, administration backgrounds can be considered;
  • High attention to detail;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Proactive approach to work; and
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
