  • Permanent Full Time
  • $80,265pa + super (up to 12%) + leave loading
    Qld Local Government Industry Award (Stream A) – Level 4 of the MBRC EBA4 Certified Agreement
  • 9-day fortnight
  • 72.5hour fortnight
  • Hybrid, flexible working environment, including some work from home days.
  • Location: Strathpine

About our opportunity

This role is to provide support for the delivery of information and knowledge management services primarily through the use of Council’s Enterprise Content Management System (ECM).

You will deliver ECM system administration by providing advice, innovation and problem solving for management and act as a referral base and information point for staff in relation to records and document management issues.

As a member of the Records and Information Team, you will ensure compliance with all legislation, approved standards, policies, and procedures relating to the organisation’s records management obligations. You will also undertake system testing and technical analysis of system changes and develop and deliver eLearning material and records management training.

About you

We are looking for someone with knowledge and experience in delivering enterprise content management system administration and advice, who is also able to diagnose technical and process issues related system administration. You will need to be proficient with Microsoft Office suite or desktop and online programs and hold a Cert IV or Graduate Diploma in recordkeeping or other equivalent relevant experience.

You will be able to design and develop training material and be confident to deliver training to all levels of council staff. You will have good people and relationships skills to work well in a team environment with a strong focus delivering quality customer service.
