The role will be within the Digital Integration team is part of the Department’s Information Technology Directorate and is responsible for connecting data and events from different systems managed by different business units.

About the role

The Technical Account Manager is responsible for providing technical assistance to customers to understand the department’s digital integration services. They will work closely with customers to ensure optimal use of the service to enhance the experience and improve satisfaction. The role will also work collaboratively with technical teams to refine the requirements and to ensure customer needs are met.

Essential requirements of the role

Hold a valid clearance to work with children (Working with Children Check) or be willing to obtain.

Key knowledge and experience

Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s and upholding the and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.

About you

We are looking for a technically savvy and customer focused individual who can build relationships with both business users and our technical team. You must be methodical with a strong understanding business drivers and customer needs and the ability to proactively identify and deliver value to our customers. In addition, you must have refined technical skills to understand constraints and limitations posed by things such as privacy legislation and technology.
