About the role

 

You will be a key member of our Murray Bridge retail store team and often be a key point of contact with our customers. In this role you will be expected to find out the needs of the customer and then present them with a suitable solution. As such you will need to have a thorough understanding of the products and services provided by Stratco and be willing to participate in regular training relating to Stratco’s products and systems to ensure your knowledge is kept up to date. 

 

Key responsibilities

 

• Face to face and telephone customer service and sales
• Providing yard hand and loading stock assistance
• General housekeeping activities 
• Adherence to Stratco safety procedures and other policies
• Heavy lifting as required

 

About you

• A passion to deliver outstanding customer service
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• An eye for detail whilst working in a fast paced environment
• Merchandising and operational skills advantageous
• The ability to build your customer base and attract and manage trades business
• Proven selling skills
• Willingness to be forklift trained
• Possess a genuine desire to succeed
