The Role
Due to our growth strategy, we are currently seeking an experienced EA/PA to join our team and partner with one of our founding Directors and our Director of Partnerships and Growth, to be based in Melbourne. You will be the go-to for all day-to-day matters,  whilst also having oversight of business operations and working with the broader admin team.  

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Diary and email management for both execs,  prioritising needs to read and respond to, at times responding on their behalf.
  • Organising meetings, preparation of meeting notes/documentation and taking minutes where required.  Also attending business meetings as needs arise.
  • Update and manage financial reports using MS Excel, creating key business documents as needed for the business to use and report with.
  • Creating PowerPoint sales documents for key client presentations.
  • Cross checking and reconciling invoices. Liaise with external accounting team
  • Expense management, budget management.
  • Coordinate travel for Execs as needed and the ELT.
  • Assist team with events planning and coordination.
  • Review and maintaining office procedures and policies, support with employee inductions if required.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support with IT issues and liaise with external vendors
  • Ensure all documentation is compliant with business practices 
  • Assist with key projects as required.

You are an experienced, passionate EA who thrives with responsibility and ownership of your role.  Supporting a business with a commercial mindset, you are always ahead of the traffic with both planning and execution.  You have a high energy, can work at pace but also enjoy taking time out to enjoy the celebrations and fun that goes with working at Miller Leith.
