Job Description

What you need:

Must have experience in Asian cuisine, preferably Vietnamese cuisine

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Understanding of food safety standards and HACCP

Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent required

Willingness to work around a 24/7 rotating roster (including weekends and public holidays)
