Plant And Equipment Manager

UGL’s utilities business undertakes essential design & construction services for critical infrastructure in the power and water sectors. Our end-to-end delivery ranges from transmission lines, switchyards, substations, electrical distribution through to water and wastewater treatment plants and water pipelines.
 
Our Utilities division is looking for an experienced Plant and Equipment Manager to be based in either Brisbane or Sydney 

What will a day in this role look like:

•    Lead the plant and equipment team and ensure a plant and equipment fleet is sourced, maintained and deployed to meet the needs of projects across UGL Limited’s National Power portfolio
•    Plan, organise and manage the internal and external hire of plant and equipment for UGL to support project delivery
•    Establish systems that ensures the procurement of new plant and equipment is managed in accordance with the UGL Capital Expenditure Process

What are we looking for you to bring to the team: 

•    Minimum of 3 years in establishing and maintaining site plant and equipment
•    Relevant Trade Certificate.
•    Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
•    Must be customer focused, team oriented, accountable and results driven.
