We are currently looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our international client at South Bank! 

About the Role
The Recruitment Consultant will be part of our client’s blue collar Recruitment team, an allrounder in the industry with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.   

Responsibilities

  • Create Job Adverts and use various recruitment tools
  • Communicate effectively with candidates and clients
  • Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline
  • Conduct reference and background checks
  • Maintain database accuracy and general administration

Requirements and Experience
To be successful in this role you will have recruitment (sourcing and screening) experience across multiple industries, the ability to be self-motivated and a passion for people. 

  • Previous experience in the recruitment industry, including sourcing and screening 
  • Ability to build effective working relationships
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Time management skills and the ability to multitask

This position is offering full-time hours on a casual hourly rate, starting as soon as possible.
