  • About the Opportunity

    The Human Resources Business Partner position reports to the Head of Human Resources Operations. This position plays a critical role in establishing and building relationships across the organisation to enable the provision of high-quality HR services to build capacity and challenge thinking, while keeping a strong people focus.The role will support and coach leaders on performance management, disciplinary issues and investigations. You will provide organisation-focused, compliant and practical interpretation of employment legislation, along with tailored and appropriate advice.

    About you

    We are seeking someone with:

  • Demonstrated experience of employee relations and change management to support and coach managers through performance management and investigations
  • Practical working knowledge of employment legislation, Award and Agreement interpretation
  • Experience supporting enterprise agreement negotiations
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide data and strategic insights
  • Ability to grow management capability and confidence to enable effective people management

  • Degree in Human Resources, Employment Law, related discipline or demonstrated experience
  • National Police check
  • Valid Victorian Drivers licence
