One is with a leading firm in the Somerset region and this is an exciting opportunity to build for yourself an excellent long-term career as a key member of a growing Somerset law firm that can offer a regional presence and a reputation for being a great place to work. You will need experience of dealing with both day to day and already some experience of working on more complex cases including Wills and LPAs, taxable and non-taxable Estates, tax planning advice etc. They are keen to make the right appointment, quickly.

The second vacancy is a new role with one of the heavyweights in Exeter and it is a role that will certainly attract a lot of interest. The successful candidate will be joining a team that acts for a wide range of families, individuals, trustees, and other professionals working in the private wealth advisory sector, and every instruction is unique, but every client is looking for practical, specialist advice to help them plan for the future and tackle any immediate challenges. The existing team undertakes all types of private client work including the preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney, domestic trusts, probate and income and capital tax planning, both UK-based and internationally. The quality and breadth of the work is about as good as it gets and is certainly of ‘City’ quality !
