Product Manager

This opportunity

The Product Manager is accountable for managing the portfolio of products and solutions for Vison Network’s customers. The position will play an important role in the integration of product offerings into a defined Wholesale product suite and working on the value proposition of the portfolio, improvements, and product positioning over the product lifecycle in partnership with the Product team. The Product team develop, execute and manage product plans and offerings, which achieve business objectives including end-to-end product management.

A key responsibility is to create and develop Vision Network products & services that provide enriching experiences to its customers in a differentiated way, with an opportunity to present an integrated portfolio of existing products across fixed.

Responsibilities

Successfully manage a portfolio of Wholesale products and actively and regularly monitor the performance of products and the review of product pricing to maintain market competitiveness. You will be required to identify priorities to improve the portfolio of products.

Work with the Product team on the value proposition of the portfolio, improvements, and product positioning over the product lifecycle.

Own the Wholesale products roadmap across fixed.

Own and create products from inception to delivery including optimisation.

You are responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle, from defining the product requirements, designing and developing the product solution, obtaining approval for pricing

Drive the creation of product communications and product collateral

Working closely with other groups across the organisation (Finance, Legal, OneTech

Educate internal stakeholders on the specifications of the products including providing ongoing product support to the Vision Network Sales team.

Liaise with the Operations team to escalate any issues, as necessary.

Knowledge and experience

5 years of Telco product management experience required

Qualifications in engineering or business preferred
