The Opportunity:  

Maropost is currently looking for a Technical Writer to join our Content and Community Team .  

You will primarily be responsible for researching, producing, and editing content for our various blogs, case studies, websites, and social media channels.  

 

This role plays a major part in our Customer Experience team by ensuring our existing customers and internal teams are very well informed and updated on our products, tools and applications.   

 

What You’ll be responsible for :  

  • Technical Content Creation : Creation of application/product training videos, user manuals, installation guides, implementation overviews and other technical documents, product release notes communication, email macros/templates, onboarding consoles, image editing, and create ad-hoc content as required .   
  • Community development & engagement : Email marketing, SMS Marketing, manage online forms, manage consistency and tone across multiple systems e.g. email templates, in-app engagement, manage community forums, and incident management – status page management .    
  • Training Academy : Create courses and manage logistics e.g., registration process, zoom session, email marketing, SMS Marketing.   

 

What You’ll Bring to the Role:  

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in content writing and developing case studies, preferably for B2B/SaaS companies.  
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and writing skills.  
  • Proven track record of producing high-quality, engaging content.  
  • Strong research and editorial skills.  
  • Experience launching community initiatives for our existing customers ( e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating a training event series, writing an email newsletter, etc.).   
  • Ability to grasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively.  
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community engagement metrics .    
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle multiple projects.  
  • Outstanding communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.  
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and translate concepts into instructions suitable for non-technical audiences.  
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability.  

 

Tech T ools :   

  • Manage internal resources, websites e.g. Salesforce Knowledgebase, Zapier and process automation, migration projects, Algolia search index tool etc
