Lead Content Designer, Communities, Housing And Digital Economy

As the Lead Content Designer, you will:

• Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team through the different stages of service design and delivery.

• Design and implement content solutions that meet best practice usability and accessibility standards and guidelines.

• Provide editorial review, support, and assistance to cross-agency web publishers.

• Advise on information architecture, interaction, and interface design.

• Work with internal and external stakeholders to produce content that meets user needs and business goals.

• Plan, delegate and oversee packages of work for the Content Designer and Digital Product Officers.
