So, what’s the job?

  • You’ll develop and execute the Cover-More D2C digital advertising strategy across the Australia and New Zealand markets, utilising Search, Social, Display, Video and Audio channels
  • You’ll Work closely with the GM Direct Sales APAC to support the evolution and expansion of Cover-More D2C’s digital media strategy
  • You’ll work with media agencies to deliver successful campaigns in Display, Video and Audio channels and maintain a healthy, collaborative working relationship with media partners to grow our level of support
  • You’ll set clear digital advertising goals, KPIs, requirements and execution roadmaps to define and measure what success looks like and conduct regular performance tracking and budget pacing, ensuring media is tracking towards performance objectives
  • You’ll conduct keyword research and search query analysis to maximise reach across relevant queries, driving awareness, consideration and conversions and collaborate with the content team to develop text, video and audio ad assets
  • You’ll develop image and animated ad assets both through collaboration with an in-house designer and autonomously using Creatopy
  • You’ll maintain a high level of quality assurance in your work, consistently delivering error-free implementations, budget pacing and optimisation
  • You’ll maintain tracking and tagging setups, with a focus on ad trafficking to inform multi-touch attribution measurement.
  • And what are we looking for?

  • You’ll have a solid understanding of the digital media landscape, digital strategy, planning and execution
  • You’ll have a solid understanding of the digital landscape with a minimum of 5 years previous commercial experience in a Digital Advertising role
  • You’ll be willing to be ‘hands on’, implementing end-to-end digital advertising activities
  • You’ll have expertise in the following platforms: Google Ads & Editor, Microsoft Ads & Editor, Facebook Business Manager tools, LinkedIn Business Manager tools, Google Analytics
  • You’ll have a high degree of competency in the following platforms: Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, SEO platforms, Microsoft Office Suite
  • You’ll have a deep knowledge of all aspects of digital advertising from campaign development to advertising platforms/software to media planning/buying to programmatic media agency management
  • You’ll have technical expertise in tracking and tagging setup and extensive experience using Google Analytics
  • You’ll have a thorough understanding of eCommerce, online marketing principles and project management
  • You’ll possess a competent knowledge of the travel insurance industry and the organisations philosophies and practices
