Floor Manager

What we are looking for
Two years experience in a supervisor or manegement role idealy within a fine dining, busy restaurant. 
Ability to lead a busy restaurant with consistant bookings 
A passionate leader, invested in the development and success of their team
Experienced in motivating and building a strong and highly knowledgeable team
A leader invested in culture – staff happiness, satisfaction and performance 
Clear and strong communication and organizational skills
Highly customer service focused
Available to work nights and weekends, we are open from Wednesday – Sunday.
