    THE OPPORTUNITY

    TAFE NSW is looking for a qualified and experienced subject matter expert in Business Administration to join the team as Education Support Officer. This is a permanent full-time position based at TAFE Digital Strathfield campus. In this role you will be responsible for a range of tasks and student assistance activities, which directly and indirectly supports learning and enhances the educative process for learners from various backgrounds and needs.

    To be considered for you role, you will have: –

  • Certificate III (or above) in Business or Business Administration

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in relevant discipline

  • High-level interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a clear and concise manner

  • Ability to establish effective working relationships with people from a diverse range of backgrounds and to provide quality customer service

  • Commitment and ability to support learning in an adult environment

  • Ability to understand the content of the learning materials and the processes used in the discipline

  • Skills in the use of relevant information and communication technologies like Microsoft Word and Excel and online meeting platforms like MS Teams
