SAPOLis looking to establish a temporary ASO2 Administrative/StationSupport/Team Support Officer pool for up to 12 months to fill termroles as they arise. These vacancies will be located across variousmetropolitan locations and may include both full-time and part-timehours.

About therole
SAPOL is looking to establish a temporaryAdministrative/Team Support Officer pool for up to 12 months tofill term roles as they arise. These vacancies will be locatedacross various metropolitan locations and may include bothfull-time and part-time hours.

Depending onthe vacancy, the Administrative/Team Support Officer is amulti-skilled administration position accountable for deliveringhigh-quality office administration activities including but notlimited to records management, human resource support, andfinancial support. The position may also be required to undertakeminor research activities.

Specialconditions

  • Applicants must hold a current Australian work eligibility status.
  • Applicants will be subject to a criminal history check and any other relevant checks, as required.
  • Depending on work requirements, the incumbent may be transferred to other locations across SAPOL to perform work appropriate to the classification, skills and capabilities.
  • Employees may be required to work non-standard hours including public holidays and weekends which may include being on a rotating roster.
  • Some intrastate/interstate travel may be required.
  • The incumbent will be required to participate in SAPOL’s IEngage Performance and Development program.
