Position Details

  • We’re excited to be recruiting for a new fixed term, full time position of Coordinator, CEO Office .

    This role reports to and works closely with the Chief of Staff, as well as liaising closely with other members of the CEO Office, including our CEO.

    In this rare, exciting opportunity, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the coordination of VicHealth partnerships with our diverse stakeholders, both internally and externally, project administration, event planning, and preparation of various presentations.

    You’ll also support the integration of voices, lived experiences and diverse perspectives of all Victorians into the work of VicHealth, in part by supporting the CEO on various community visits and stakeholder meetings.

    The ideal candidate will have the ability to work collaboratively within a strong team environment, as well as being able to demonstrate experience of working with people with diverse lived experience.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, initiative, and stakeholder development skills will also help you excel in this role.

    Tenure: Fixed Term (18 months), Full Time
    Classification: VicHealth Grade C
    Remuneration: $75, (plus superannuation and other benefits)

    Qualifications and experience required:

  • Relevant qualification at Advanced Diploma level and/or strong demonstrable experience working within the public health, community or government sectors
  • Experience working with young people with diverse lived experience across Victoria
  • Demonstrated experience working with and within multicultural and/or Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities across Victoria
  • Demonstrable project management experience
  • Strong and dependable time management skills, and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and stakeholder management skills.
