We are after a skilled and passionate, Assistant Brand Manager, to help design and deliver the next health campaign for one of Australia’s largest online community health-tech providers. This 3-month contract role offers you the chance to pursue your passion while contributing to a socially positive outcome for individuals in aged care and disability centers.

As our brand champion, you’ll work with external agencies and internal teams to create a consistent and compelling brand identity that motivates people to take charge of their health. In this role, you’ll be stepping in more as an account manager, with exceptional project management skills to assist across all facets of creative production, media planning, and campaign performance tracking to ensure our message is heard loud and clear. You’ll work closely with our insights and analytic’s team to measure the impact of our campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Project manage marketing/ brand campaigns
  • Manage budget, stakeholders and timelines to ensure successful delivery of campaigns
  • Manage external research agencies and working closely with the internal data team to track these campaigns
  • Create brand assets with internal and external resources
  • Coordinate with various agency partners for integrated marketing efforts
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on goals
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels, including digital and traditional media

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in a campaign position within a fast-paced organization.
  • Experience in both digital and ATL marketing channels required.
  • Google analytics and tableau experience
  • Prior experience working in an agency is useful for working at a pace
  • Excellent project management skills, ability to manage multiple stakeholders to hit deadlines.
  • Able to cope under pressure with ever-changing work demands and with minimum supervision.
  • Excellent relationships management skills – must be confident and credible with a wide range of stakeholders, internally and externally, at all levels.
