Job Description

We are seeking a talented and driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and a proven track record of executing successful campaigns. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the creation and implementation of comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels, conducting market research, managing email and paid advertising campaigns, analysing website traffic, and reporting on the success of marketing initiatives. This is a full-time position that offers an opportunity for growth and professional development.

PRIMARY DUTIES & TASKS:

  • Schedule and publish weekly social media posts across multiple platforms.
  • Review and respond to email and social media messages from customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Create and manage content for various digital marketing channels, such as social media, blog, and email
  • Monitor and analyse website traffic, using tools like Google Analytics, to identify areas for improvement.
  • Create and send out monthly email marketing campaigns, including designing templates, scheduling sends, and analysing results.
  • Manage and optimise paid social media campaigns.
  • Develop and execute A/B testing plans to continuously improve marketing campaigns.
  • Update and maintain marketing calendars to ensure all campaigns and initiatives are properly scheduled and executed.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in the creation and implementation of comprehensive digital marketing strategies across a range of channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising.
  • Managing key digital assets including the website and social media pages.
  • Developing creative, innovative, and engaging brand-infused content across all digital channels or outsource as necessary
  • Monitoring, evaluating, and reporting of digital marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns
  • Conduct market research and analyse data to identify trends and inform marketing decisions.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and techniques and share knowledge with the team.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA (Required Skills, Certification and Experience):

  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on content marketing and paid advertising.
  • Experience in social media management and planning including content creation, copywriting, and reporting across multiple channels.
  • Highly creative with excellent attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Full Time – 40hrs per week
