As a member of NTT GIN’s Sales Enablement & Operations Group, this person shall support the business not only in tactical tasks, but assist in strategic activities such as planning, analysis, and measuring the business (sales/clients/partners). Key objectives to include, but not limited to:
1.Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, and spearhead initiatives to improve these and drive these projects to completion
2.Assist and support the definition of global processes and procedures including salesforce.com
3.Assist in adhoc reporting/strategic analysis

Working at NTT

Sales Operations and Enablement Specialists are accountable for providing full support on sales processes, tools, methods, and systems that will enable the sales teams to achieve overall sales goals and objectives.

Key roles and responsibilities:

  •  Meet routinely with sales teams to gather feedback and discuss enhancement requests. Assist in prioritizing business requirements at routine enhancement meetings
  • Interface, influence, and work with a wide variety of individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Identify and make recommendations for sales productivity enhancements
  • Develop complex business models
  • Prepare financial reports and presentations for weekly forecast calls, monthly management meetings, quarterly/yearly business reviews
  • Deliver continued business improvement towards sales effectiveness and sales velocity
  • Responsible for maintaining and improving salesforce.com (SFDC) instance and interacting with our SFDC contractor.
  • May support others in areas related to quota creation, compensation planning, lagging/leading indicator reporting
  • Knowledge, skills, and attributes

  • A good understanding of the NTT portfolio of offerings preferred
  • Good interpersonal skills, including flexibility/adaptability, and ability to work in matrix environment
  • Self-starter – comfortable working in a dynamic environment with minimal structure
  • Client engagement experience and positive relationship building experience with a sales team
  • Effectively create & communicate content to be used in sales training
  • Proficient with salesforce.com
  • Strong Problem Solving skills, detail oriented, and Strong MS Office skills are required
  • Knowledge of sales and sales processes,; strong sales/business acumen
  • Knowledge of Sales Operations, Finance & Accounting is required
  • Academic qualifications and certifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
  • Experience required:

  • 5-6+ years of sales, sales operations or sales business management required
  • Understanding of telecom/internet industry preferred
  • The successful candidate will take appropriate business risks and will be able to make decisions that balance a variety of factors (e.g., cost, risk, short-term vs. long-term impact) to achieve an optimal outcome for client and internal business goals. This person will be held accountable for agreed upon results and identify and focus others on the most important metrics that drive the solution offering
