The Role

We are looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join the passionate team, you will be working alongside a dedicated team of 20+ chefs. If you have the following we want to hear from you:

2-3 years’ experience in a fast-paced, high-end brasserie or restaurant

Good communication, attitude and execution

Confident running a section and guiding junior staff

Experience across the kitchen including grill and pans

If you have a passion for French cuisine and love a busy, fast-paced restaurant that prides its self on service and execution, then this could be the perfect role for you.
