The role

Our Sydney office has an opportunity for an enthusiastic and professional Client Services Executive. In this client facing role, you will be the first point of contact to meet and greet clients and visitors, assist with booking meeting rooms and liaise with staff to deliver a professional client experience. The working days for this role will be Monday to Friday, with the hours being 8am to 3pm.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-starter who has experience in a similar reception or front of house role. You will have exceptional communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels and enjoy working in a professional services environment.

The key responsibilities and requirements for this role are as follows:

Responsibilities

  • Undertake Reception duties
  • Deliver a client experience which is one of professionalism and superior service
  • Oversee the client services area ensuring a professional, personable service is delivered
  • Stay informed on firm business practices, policies and procedures to ensure quality control for processes and deadlines
  • Set up, booking and troubleshooting of audio visual equipment, video conferencing and computer applications used for client events and presentation
  • Requirements

  • Previous experience of delivering an exceptional concierge level experience gained within a corporate, hospitality or airline industry
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport with internal and external clients
  • Knowledge of AV resources, video conferencing and computer applications to provide local support for client events and presentations.
  • Excellent communication skills and time management skills
  • Flexibility around working hours when required
