About Your Opportunity

Reporting to our Senior HR Operations Partner, you will work with Hiring Managers across the business, to attract and secure talent into a diverse range of roles.  Contributing to the transformation of the recruitment service at Seqwater, you will ensure effective talent acquisition strategies are in place to attract and acquire great talent. You will undertake full cycle recruitment from developing sourcing strategy to onboarding. You will partner and coach hiring leaders to develop effective recruitment skills across the business to enable the business to deliver strategic and operational goals. 

This role is offered as a 12 Month fixed term contract.

This role is responsible for:

• Talent Delivery: end to end delivery of recruitment requirements & implementing innovative sourcing strategies and recruitment campaigns to attract and engage top talent, and building strong pipelines to meet hiring requirements
• Relationship Delivery: partnering with key stakeholders to understand business objectives, and working closely with Hiring Managers to identify and plan workforce/resource needs
• Advisory Delivery: providing insights on market conditions/trends to support key hiring decisions and advising on recruitment best practices
• Brand Delivery: delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience!

About you

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• substantial experience in either an internal recruitment role or recruitment agency environment
• a strong focus on implementing strategic and creative sourcing solutions that ultimately attracts and retains a diverse and high performing workforce 
• exceptional stakeholder management and customer service experience
• a passion and appreciation of creating exceptional candidate experiences aligned with Seqwater’s employee value proposition
• enjoy the fast-paced nature of handling multiple roles and coaching leaders on attracting, assessing and onboarding high performing talent

This position has a salary starting at $95,848 plus superannuation.
