We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team.

About the Role

Joining our dynamic Marketing team, the Marketing Coordinator will assist in the delivery of a broad range of tactical marketing activities and campaigns for either Bunnings Warehouse or Bunnings Trade.

You will help execute the go-to-market program, including campaign briefing to agencies and internal studio teams to develop compelling propositions, ensuring advertised product and service details are accurate with key stakeholders, updating timelines, media plans and calendars to help cross functional teams stay on track, inputting into the weekly eDM program calendar, social and content calendars, helping create seasonal catalogues and product range books, working with teams to create website content and keep information up to date, and liaising with supplier marketing teams on collaborative campaigns. You will also help support the team with in-store event activations, sponsorship activations, and Trade Expos.

What’s involved

As the Marketing Coordinator you will:

  • Be involved in the marketing production process for brand assets across ATL and BTL channels including the catalogues, range guides and in-store POS
  • Maintain campaign activity in the trade/warehouse marketing calendars
  • Assist with national marketing campaigns, events and projects as required
  • Assist with the agency creative briefing process and support the delivery of campaign activity
  • Ensure all campaign activity is accurate and signed off by key stakeholders including legal and compliance teams
  • Help coordinate website content updates

Who we are looking for

Your exceptional attention to detail, time management skills and ability to collaborate with cross functional teams coupled with your organisational skills will see you succeed in this role.

You possess exceptional stakeholder management skills, are a creative and strong communicator (both verbally and written) who is passionate about meeting the project’s needs.

You will also have:

  • A Degree in Marketing or have 1-2 years’ experience in marketing or related business unit role. Experience can include internship experience coupled with a degree.
  • Some retail, sales or operational experience in the hardware/construction industry would be favourable
