  • HEW 6 Salary + 17% superannuation


About the Role 
An exciting opportunity for a Website Author has become available within the Swinburne University of Technology Marketing and Communication team. 

This short, fixed term role will allow the successful applicant to jump into a friendly and collaborative team to deliver a user-centric website experience for Swinburne student audiences. The Website Author will assist in the development and migration of new course website pages and optimising the user journey across the Swinburne organisation. The successful applicant will be able to work closely and collaboratively with the content developers and other authors to achieve common goals

Experience using the Adobe Experience Manger platform would be highly desirable but can be taught to author content for the Swinburne website. Any experience in user and customer experience, and analytics would be beneficial to the successful applicant. 

About You  
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities: 

  • Demonstrated experience working in a content authoring role
  • Demonstrated experience implementing content development plans and activities across numerous formats to achieve successful outcomes
  • Experience writing and editing on-brand content for a range of audiences and channels 
  • Demonstrated ability to align audience needs and preferences with marketing strategies and objectives

Qualifications

  • A degree in marketing, communications or related fields with subsequent relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
