Forever Opportunity

We are seeking a self-driven individual to oversee the strategy, seasonal planning, and implementation of the yearly social media strategy for the brand. This role will oversee all markets but with a focus on AU/NZ main range, collaborating with the buying, planning and brand teams to deliver cohesive social plans and engaging content.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Brand, PR & Marketing Specialist across social content, influencer relations and campaign collections to ensure all content is aligned with the seasonal marketing calendar.

This is a brilliant opportunity, to take charge of our social media platform and present weekly data analysis and reporting to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overarching strategy and planning for AU/NZ social media channels while providing support to other markets in CAN, UK and locally Curve.

• Develop and execute a social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification

• Oversee planning and scheduling of all weekly/monthly social media activity across domestic and international markets, as well as execute promotional and collection launches in these markets across several social media platforms
• Develop innovative ideas to stand-out, attract more followers and drive greater engagement
• Oversee new Platform development – Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Youtube
• Develop and lead Tik Tok strategy for brand including sourcing content and talent

• Manage competitions, both for social and database signup purposes.
• Stay abreast of current social media trends and best practices, conduct research into trends and key influencers within the fashion industry

• Work with key stakeholders – internal and external (agency) to execute the social plan to your best ability
• Oversee the social content strategy and calendar
• Continuously improve our social results by capturing and analysing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices and then acting on the information.
• Invoice approval and processing
• Work closely with the content co-ordinator on the management of the monthly content calendar and development of all content for social requirements
• Oversee and manage external briefs for all social content – videos, mini-shoots, social campaigns
• Oversee all internal creative briefs to graphics team
• Oversee and approve all Copywriting across all social channels.
• Moderate all user-generated content in line with the Forever New brand and Social Media policy.
• Where required attend campaign, content, events or influencer shoots for Forever New

Forever Candidate

You have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role. A strong multitasker you can maintain social media and content calendars in conjunction with the marketing calendar. You have a natural keen drive to continuously improve brand awareness by capturing and analysing appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices. In addition, you will have:

Skills and Experience

• Degree in Marketing/Public Relations/Business or relevant discipline (or similar)
• At least 2 years previous experience in a similar Social media role
• Excellent verbal & written communication including confidence with spelling and grammar
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms and social media management tools
• Proficiency with video and photo editing tools, digital media formats, and HTML
• Graphic design skills
• Current on the latest innovations in the digital content and social media space
• Strong copywriting and copy-editing skills
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and work to deadlines
• The desire and determination to develop and increase skills set and knowledge
• Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills including the ability to operate effectively and collaboratively in a team and autonomously
