As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will work alongside another Coordinator and supporting a team of four Advisors, to drive the administration and coordination of recruitment activities to support the delivery of proactive best-practice recruitment and selection.

You will join our lively Talent Acquisition team and will drive customer experience through the delivery of timely and efficient administration and recruitment activity coordination.

Please note, this is a full time, permanent opportunity with hybrid working options.

Your part in our UnitingCare team:

  • Provide administrative support for end to end recruitment activities including advertising positions, providing information to potential applicants about the recruitment process, processing applications, booking candidate interviews, arranging meetings via various methods including Zoom or face to face and coordinating the completion of reference checks.
  • Assist candidate sourcing through job adverts, screening, social media and direct approach methodologies.
  • Liaise directly with candidates and support the team with phone screening for suitability.
  • Provide required support associated with bulk or graduate recruitment campaigns.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Partner and Manager by preparing updates, insights and managing monthly reporting on portfolio recruitment activity, cost coding, and general reporting activity for the business.

What makes a difference for us?

  • Demonstrated experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally worked within a fast-paced Recruitment or HR team.
  • Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and customer service skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of team in a dynamic work environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to successfully multitask across a number of different processes.
