Salesforce Functional Consultant

Contract Length – 12 months

Extension option – 1 x 12month

Location – VIC

Position Purpose:

Our government client is undertaking major work programs to deliver innovative fit-for-need ICT-based solutions to improve the internal systems.

They are seeking highly-skilled and energetic Salesforce Functional Consultants to join the department. The successful candidate will provide business analysis, design and agile collaboration skills to configure Salesforce solutions which improve the department through a better Participant experience and a more effective Scheme.

Duties include:

• Assess business objectives, formulating solution options, and driving stakeholder support. 
• Quickly connect business requirements with the functional capabilities of the Salesforce application.
• Be part of agile delivery, capturing functional requirements, converting them to Epics, User stories.
• Lead (or play a key role) in application solution design efforts. 
• Progress to holding end-to-end functional responsibilities as it relates to the analysis, design, built, test, and deployment of enterprise level solutions including the assessment of viable solution options, formulating and presenting solution options to various levels of business stakeholders.
