Role Overview

UMENCO is recruiting a passionate and perceptive Senior Recruiter, based in Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity to join the internal UMENCO team, helping to shape the careers of outstanding talent by connecting them with Australia’s most renowned fashion, lifestyle and beauty brands.

The Senior Recruiter will own the recruitment process from role brief and client communications, through to interviews, offer, and talent aftercare.

In overseeing the end-to-end recruitment of their allocated accounts, the Senior Recruiter will work passionately to ensure a best-in-class talent and client experience at all touchpoints of the process.

The individual we seek will have an inherent understanding of client and talent fit and will be meticulous and timely in their ability to follow processes, steps of service, and deliver communications.

They will possess excellent organisation skills, a warm, confident written and verbal communicative disposition, and the ability to manage multiple assignments and conflicting timelines in a fast-paced business.

The Senior Recruiter will be a dedicated, proactive individual who has at least three years of experience working as a recruitment professional across the fashion and beauty industries.

They will be a polished communicator, with a demonstrated history of placing exceptional talent in roles with a focus on career longevity and business development.
