About the Role

Now a new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sale Consultantto join their brand and new store in Melbourne’s CBD

You will not have to come from a jewellery background however Premium or Luxury retail experience is a must. You will be working a 5 days over 7 – and must be available weekends and public holidays. This opportunity could allow you to progression into a Assistant Manager quickly.

Skills and Experience

Sales skills are a must and previous luxury or jewellery experience across retail sector could be a great fit but not necessarily required – we are looking for a sales superstar.

• You will have the ability to hold other accountable for their results
• You will have an outgoing personality
• Proven background of exceeding company budgets and KPI’s
• Skills in training and developing new recruits and existing staff
• Keen eye for details when following VM Guides
• Strong sales experience
• You will thrive in a high profile location
• Looking for a career over a JOB
• Extremely good at time management
• The ability to communicate clearly
